You Can Change Your Mind
We have all heard people say something like; "I changed my mind." Usually when we hear this it is interpreted that the person making the statement replaced one thought process with another.

But did you know within that person's mind the structure of the brain was actually changed?
Through study of the brain, scientists have been able to discover that thoughts are physical in the brain. During every thought you have neurons (one is shown above on the left) pass energy to each other through what is called a synapse. Each time this happens both neurons are physically changed. Think of the power of that. You can literally change your mind!
The next time a negative thought crosses your mind, replace it with a positive statement, such as; "I am a magnificent creature and capable of accomplishing many things." The neurons will do the rest!
